How does it meet compliance and supervisory requirements?
Raymond James compliance has approved the use of Keap (formally Infusionsoft) for the marketing strategy of email automation. Each campaign email will provide a bcc to a dedicated email address for supervision and archiving purposes.

What are the requirements to get started?
Once you decide to move forward, follow the non-affiliated vendor policy to disclose usage of both Keap and Discover Blind Spots and receive applicable approval.

What data will you be using?
Client/prospect name and email address only.

Will you be accessing our data remotely?
Initial work can be done remotely but once contacts have been uploaded, all work will be done in your office.

Doesn't the content of the emails have to be approved?
Yes...but review of content has been quick. Usually within 24 - 48 hours.

How much of my time will it require?
As much or as little as you want. We have found that most advisors enjoy mapping out the strategy together but do not want to be consumed with the details of learning a new system. Our goal is to remove that burden from you and your team during implementation and afterwards.

What if I'm not a great writer for email?
No problem. That's what we do best. We can take that load off of you but still incorporate your voice to clearly communicate the values of your firm.

What if I'm not a technology geek?
We are not expecting you to be. We take care of that for you.

Who manages the strategy after we launch?
We will continue to work with you each month, monitoring the progress and making adjustments as needed along the way. You will always have a marketing expert working by your side.

Will we receive data to evaluate effectiveness?
Yes. Regular reports will be generated to show email open rates, links clicked, etc. to determine the effectiveness of your message.

Can we adjust the strategy along the way?
Yes...within reason of course:)

Can we use video within the emails?
Absolutely! We can shoot and edit all videos along with lots of other creative ideas we have up our sleeve. Our goal is to be the most versatile marketing partner you could have.

Can you help us with social media too?
Yes! Although email is the number one marketing tool and will continue to be for some time, social media has its place as well. We can work with you to develop a social media strategy that works with email.
